Radio Controlled Panel Beams

Self powered and radio controlled panel lifting beams for use with traditional rail cranes and spreader beams to eliminate working at height issues.

Radio Controlled Panel Beams from Thomson Engineering Design Ltd are fully self contained incorporating a demountable power pack and push button control box.

For use where the crane has no auxiliary hydraulic service these beams also incorporate load sensing valves to prevent accidental release of the load.

Manual override of the radio controlled main valve and an auxilliary hand pump with umbilical hoses can also be provided to operate the beams in the event of a radio or engine failure ensuring that the job is always completed.

All the pipework and electrical components are built inside an 8mm thick steel body to prevent damage in transit and rough service.
